Privacy

Information we use

We use contact, delivery, order, and payment-status information to fulfil purchases, provide support, prevent misuse, and keep the financial records the business is legally required to retain.

Store analytics

We use optional analytics to improve the store and checkout. You can decline analytics at any time.

Customer communications

We send account confirmations, password recovery messages, security alerts, and order updates by SMS to your Ghana mobile number. Your email is used for your account and sign-in.

Your choices

Signed-in customers can control non-security account notifications from the account dashboard. Security alerts remain enabled to help protect accounts.

Deletion

Account deletion has a seven-day recovery period. After it expires, the profile is deactivated and personal details are anonymized. Financial and legal transaction records remain where retention is required.
